Where Lifeforce wins
Lifeforce is a clinician-led membership and that is a real, valuable thing. Its clinicians review your bloodwork and you get access to prescription medications where appropriate, plus 1:1 coaching on nutrition, exercise, sleep and stress. Heaven Health does none of that. We are a software wellness app, not a clinic. If your situation calls for clinician oversight — and for many people in their forties, fifties and beyond, it does — Lifeforce is a different and more clinical product. We are honest about that.
Lifeforce also has the lab data. Membership includes at-home blood draws of 50+ biomarkers twice a year (four times on the monthly plan), and its Lifescore includes a biological age computed from those labs. Heaven Health includes no blood draws, and our biological age is an estimate from your markers, sleep, HRV and habits — not a validated clock. We do not claim it is better than a lab-based measure.
The third area where Lifeforce wins is the integrated loop. Bloodwork, the clinician conversation, coaching and any prescription or supplement product all sit under one roof, and the brand is backed by two of the most recognisable names in longevity. That tight loop has real value if you intend to use clinician-guided treatment. Heaven Health is intentionally non-transactional — we do not sell supplements, earn affiliate commissions or prescribe.
Where Heaven Health wins
Heaven Health has an AI coach and a daily cadence. Every morning Luna runs a 60-second ritual — you can talk and she listens (on Android now; on iPhone with the next update) — and turns how you slept, your energy and what is on your mind into a daily plan with a Heaven Score on top. Outside the ritual Luna is a text chat that can speak her replies. Lifeforce uses human coaches rather than AI, and its Lifescore updates per test rather than daily. Heaven Health also has barcode food scanning (photo in beta) and scheduled fitness classes every three hours (on Android now; on iPhone with the next update).
The second difference is the research feed. Luna's research team reviews new published research every day and turns relevant findings into protocols that cite their sources.
