Heaven Classes — and the whole world is in it with you.

A class starts every three hours on one global clock. Not a class you schedule, not a class recommended to you — the class, the same one, running for everybody at the same moment. Free in the Heaven Health app on Android; coming to iPhone with the next update.

The short version

Eight start times a day, shared by everyone. Zumba, yoga, high intensity and meditation rotate through them. Miss one and the on-demand library has it. Attendance is counted on the server, so the number of people in the room with you is the real number.

One clock, one class

Most fitness apps are libraries with a play button. You pick something, you press it, you are alone. That works, and it is also why most people stop.

Heaven Classes are built the other way around. The schedule is computed from a single global clock rather than from your timezone, so a class starting is an event rather than a suggestion. Whoever is awake is in it. The app shows the next start in your local time and tells you how many people are already there.

That last number is worth a sentence, because inflating it is the oldest trick in the category. Attendance in Heaven Health is counted on the server from real completions. There is no simulated crowd, and the code that used to fake joiners has been deleted and is kept out by tests that read the source.

What runs

Four kinds of session rotate through the schedule: zumba, yoga, high intensity, and meditation. Between them they cover the range most weeks need — something that raises your heart rate, something that lengthens you, something that empties you out, and something that puts you back down.

If the live slot does not suit, the on-demand library holds every session to do in your own time, with your saves and your history. Completing one there counts exactly the same.

How a completion is earned

Two minutes of real playback. Not opening the sheet, not tapping into the screen and leaving. This sounds pedantic and it is deliberate — a streak that can be earned by opening an app is a number about the app, not about you.

If you finish a class with no signal, the completion queues on the device and syncs when you reconnect. Training on a plane still counts.

Coaches

Coaches apply, are approved, and then run their own channel inside the app: their sessions, their followers, and a dashboard showing their real numbers rather than flattering ones. Members can follow a coach and send a gift directly. If you teach and want a channel, the application lives inside the app under the business section.

Programmes and the week ahead

For people who want structure rather than a schedule, programmes are multi-week plans you enrol in, with the coming week laid out in advance. They sit alongside your daily plan from Luna rather than competing with it — Luna knows what you have enrolled in and sequences around it.

Difficulty that gets corrected

Listed intensity is usually a guess made once by whoever uploaded the video. Here, members vote on how hard a session actually felt, and a nightly job recalibrates the listed difficulty from those votes. The label drifts toward the truth instead of away from it.

Streaks, minutes and the leaderboard

Training minutes accumulate into a leaderboard, with member labels salted so the board does not become a directory of who trains when. Weekly challenges add a mission with a claimable reward, and your Heaven Score takes movement into account alongside sleep, recovery and how the rest of the plan went.

Train sensibly

Heaven Classes are general fitness sessions, not physiotherapy and not treatment. If you are pregnant, recovering from injury or surgery, managing a heart condition, or new to exercise after a long gap, talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting, and stop if something hurts.

What it costs

Nothing. Classes, the library, coaches, programmes and the leaderboard are all part of the free app. Advertising appears around classes on a deliberately light cadence — the first two of the day carry none, there is a cooldown between them, and there is a daily cap. Perfect Human Week members see none at all.

Heaven Classes FAQ

What if the class time is the middle of the night for me?

Eight starts a day means there is almost always one in your waking hours, and the library covers the rest. The schedule is global on purpose — the shared moment is the point — but nothing forces you to take the live slot.

Do I need equipment?

No. The sessions are built to be done in a room with a mat and some space.

Do I need an account?

You can browse and train without one. An account is what lets your completions, streaks and minutes follow you between devices.

Can I see how hard a session is before I start?

Yes, and the rating is recalibrated nightly from what members who actually did it reported, rather than being fixed at upload.

Is the class live video or a recording?

The schedule is live in the sense that everyone is in the same session at the same moment. The sessions themselves are recorded, which is why the library can serve them again afterwards.

The next class starts within three hours.
