A week of meals, written for your blood work.

Every week the app generates a fresh menu — seven days of meals, each dish tied to the research goal it serves and to the markers in your own panel. Then it builds the shopping list for you.

The short version

A weekly menu generated for you, a scanner that scores whatever is already on your plate, a searchable database of packaged food, swaps that suggest something better, a shopping list built from the week, and allergen warnings read from your profile. Free in the app.

The weekly menu

Meal plans usually fail in one of two ways. Either they are generic, in which case they ignore you, or they are endless, in which case you stop reading. The weekly menu is deliberately a week — long enough to shop for, short enough to finish.

It regenerates each week rather than repeating, so the food moves with the seasons of your own data. Where you have uploaded a blood panel, the dishes reference it: a marker sitting low pulls foods that address it up the list, and the dish tells you which marker it is there for. Where you have not, the menu still builds from your profile, your goal and your preferences.

Each dish also names the research goal it serves, so the week is legible rather than arbitrary. You can see why a meal is on a Tuesday instead of being told to eat it.

The shopping list

Built straight from the week you were given, so the gap between a plan and a kitchen closes. This is a small feature that does more work than it looks like it should.

The food scanner

Not every meal comes from a plan. Point the camera at what is actually in front of you, or scan the barcode, and the app scores it for longevity and tells you what it does to the rest of your day.

The scoring is deterministic — the same food scores the same way every time, from its composition, rather than being improvised on each look. That matters because a score that moves when nothing changed is not a score.

Search, and swaps

The searchable database applies the same scoring to packaged foods, so you can check something before you buy rather than after. And where a better version of what you were about to eat exists, swaps will offer it — the same meal, moved a few points, rather than a lecture about a different cuisine.

Allergens

Warnings come from what is in your profile, on the menu, in search and in the scanner. Keep the profile accurate and the app will keep flagging. It is a convenience, not a safety system — if an allergy of yours is serious, read the packaging.

Not medical or dietary advice

Heaven Health provides scientific research information for general wellness. Its food scoring and menus do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional or registered dietitian. Talk to one before making significant dietary changes, especially if you are pregnant, managing a condition, or taking prescription medication.

How it connects to the rest of the day

Food is one input among several. Luna sequences meals into your daily plan alongside supplements, movement and rest, so the timing is part of the advice rather than an afterthought. What you eat feeds into your Heaven Score, and where a marker is the reason for a recommendation, the blood analysis is where that marker came from.

Nutrition FAQ

Can it handle vegan, halal, kosher or fasting?

Yes. Preferences live in your profile and the menu is generated against them, so you set them once rather than filtering every week.

Do I need blood work for the menu to be useful?

No, but it is the difference between a good menu and a personal one. Without a panel the week is built from your profile and goal; with one, dishes can name the marker they are there for.

What happens if generating the menu fails?

You are told it failed, and you are not charged for a week the app then throws away. A failure is never dressed up as a result.

Does it work offline?

A menu you already have stays readable. Generating a new one and scanning need a connection.

Does this cost anything?

The menu, the scanner, search, swaps and the shopping list are part of the free app.
