The Perfect Human Week.

One week of longevity practice, sequenced hour by hour and built around your own profile and your own blood work. It is the flagship of Heaven Health and the one subscription in the app.

The short version

$99.99 a month. Cancel any time. It unlocks the Perfect Human Week protocol, the rehabilitation plan, Cure Finder, and removes advertising across the whole app. Everything else in Heaven Health stays free.

What it actually is

Most longevity advice arrives as a list. Eat this, sleep that, lift on Tuesdays. The list is rarely wrong and almost never useful, because it is not attached to a clock, to a body, or to a week you actually have to live.

The Perfect Human Week is that list turned into a week. Seven days of longevity practice, laid out in order, with supplements at the hours they work, meals chosen against your markers, movement placed where your recovery can carry it, and rest treated as a scheduled input rather than the absence of one.

It is built for you rather than picked for you. The protocol reads your health profile and any blood panels you have uploaded, and the week that comes back references your own measurements. Where a target appears, it is your target. Where a reason appears, it names the thing in your own data it is responding to.

The compliance calendar

A week you cannot see yourself failing is a week you cannot learn from. Every item in the Perfect Human Week is tickable, and the calendar keeps the record: what you completed, what you missed, and what that did to the rest of the week.

The history persists across cycles. Run the week more than once and you can see which parts of it you actually sustain and which parts you abandon by Wednesday — which is usually the more interesting number.

What the membership includes

The Perfect Human Week

The full protocol, personalised to your profile and blood work, with its compliance calendar and its history.

The rehabilitation plan

A recovery-focused protocol with its own adherence tracking, for the periods when the goal is to come back rather than to push on.

Cure Finder

Your own research team, pointed at a single goal you choose. It runs research cycles for you and returns discoveries, hypotheses and protocols specific to that goal, with a live feed of the work as it happens. Read the full Cure Finder page.

An ad-free app

Advertising disappears everywhere — the banners and the interstitials between classes — for as long as the membership is active.

Not medical advice

The Perfect Human Week provides scientific research information for general wellness. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and it does not replace a doctor, a laboratory or a diagnosis. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before changing supplements, diet or lifestyle — particularly if you are pregnant, taking prescription medication, or managing an existing condition.

Where the week comes from

Underneath Heaven Health runs a research engine that has been reading the literature daily since 2025. Specialised agents divide the work: one analyses papers, one generates hypotheses about aging mechanisms, one designs intervention protocols from those hypotheses, and one turns the result into the plans members see.

That output is public inside the app, not hidden behind the membership. Every protocol carries an evidence level — strong, moderate or emerging — alongside the hypothesis it came from and the papers behind it. When the evidence is thin, the app says so rather than rounding up. You can read more on the research page and the protocols page.

Joining, and leaving

The membership is bought inside the app as a monthly subscription through your app store, so it sits with your other subscriptions and is managed the same way. There is a manage-and-cancel route inside Heaven Health itself, under your account, and cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

If your membership lapses, expires or is refunded, the paid screens close and the free app carries on exactly as before. Nothing you recorded is deleted because you stopped paying — your profile, your blood panels, your scores and your history remain yours, and remain deletable by you at any time.

What is free, and stays free

It is worth being plain about this, because a lot of the app is free and people assume otherwise. Without paying anything you get Luna and the daily plan, the morning ritual, the Heaven Score, the 3D body, blood test upload and analysis (25 tokens a reading, and tokens can be earned by watching ads instead of bought), biological age, the food scanner and the weekly menu, the class schedule and library, the research feed, and the protocol marketplace. An account is only needed where it pays off — personalisation, purchases, and syncing between devices.

Perfect Human Week FAQ

Is there a free trial?

Trial availability is set in the app stores and can change. Open the membership screen inside Heaven Health to see the current offer for your region before you buy — that screen always shows the live price and terms.

What currency is the price in?

$99.99 USD a month. Your app store converts to your local currency and shows the exact amount before you confirm.

Do I need blood work to start?

No. The week is built from whatever the app knows about you. Adding a blood panel makes it considerably more specific, because targets and reasoning can then reference your own markers, but it is not a requirement.

Can I use it in my language?

The Android app is localised into twenty languages and switches with your device; the iPhone app is in English for now and gets them with its next update. Some of the newest screens are still English-only while their translations are finished.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted by cancelling. If you want it gone, account deletion erases your health record on the server rather than only closing the login — see deleting your account.

Open Heaven Health and see the week.

The app is free. The membership is $99.99 a month and cancels any time.
