Where Superpower wins

Superpower has the lab pipeline. Its App Store listing says memberships include 100+ lab tests per year (its website now says 150+), run through partner labs in the United States. Heaven Health does not draw blood. If a structured lab panel run by the service itself is what you want, Superpower is genuinely better at that part of the job.

Superpower also has real clinical care. You get secure messaging with licensed clinicians, who can prescribe where appropriate. Heaven Health has no clinicians at all — we do not review results, diagnose or prescribe. Superpower's biological age is computed from its lab panel; ours is an estimate from your markers, sleep, HRV and habits and is not a validated clock, so we do not claim it is better.

Superpower is also closer to us on AI and data than we previously said. It has a private AI chat with the full context of your results (our scorecard still counts Luna's spoken replies as a lead over a text-only chat), accepts uploads of past lab results and medical records, offers evidence-based protocols and syncs wearables. At $349 a year including lab testing, it is strong value for someone in the US who wants all of that in one place.

Where Heaven Health wins

Heaven Health is built around a daily routine. Every morning Luna runs a 60-second ritual — you can talk and she listens (on Android now; on iPhone with the next update) — and turns how you slept, your energy and what is on your mind into a daily plan with a Heaven Score on top. Outside the ritual Luna is a text chat that can speak her replies. Superpower scores each test rather than each day, and we found no morning ritual, food scanning or guided fitness classes. Heaven Health has a barcode food scanner (meal-photo scanning is paused until it is reliable) and scheduled fitness classes every three hours (on Android now; on iPhone with the next update).

The second difference is the daily research feed. Luna's research team reviews new published research every day and turns relevant findings into plain-English protocols that cite their sources. Superpower also offers evidence-based protocols, so this is a difference in cadence rather than a claim that they ignore the science.

Heaven Health's core app is free. Some features use tokens, earnable by watching ads or bought from $0.99 — each blood-test read, for example, costs 25 tokens. Superpower is $349 a year, which buys real lab tests and clinician access that Heaven Health does not provide. If you do not need the labs — because you get bloodwork another way, or you are not at that stage yet — Heaven Health gives you a daily routine without a membership fee.

Heaven Health is also available outside the US and on Android, where Superpower is not. To be precise about today: the public iPhone App Store build is v3.6.0 (5 May 2026) and is in English; the Android build on Google Play is v3.7.4 (2 September 2026). More languages are rolling out with the next iPhone update.

The case for using both

For US-based Superpower members, the split is simple. Superpower handles the lab tests and the clinician relationship. You can upload the results PDF or a photo to Heaven Health; our parser reads the markers (25 tokens per read), Luna explains them, and they feed into your daily plan and Heaven Score. Superpower gives you the clinical picture; Heaven Health gives you a daily check-in between tests.

Because the Heaven Health core app is free, adding it to an existing Superpower membership costs little beyond tokens for blood-test reads. You keep everything you already have and gain a morning ritual, a daily score and fitness classes.

The case for switching

Heaven Health may suit you better if you live outside the US or use Android, where Superpower is not available; if you already get blood tests through your GP or a private clinic and mainly want a daily routine; or if you would rather not pay a yearly membership. If you need a blood test, Heaven Health can help you book a verified third-party testing centre — you pay the centre directly.
