Delete your account and your data
You can delete your Heaven Health account, and everything held against it, at any time. There are two ways to do it — one inside the app, and one by email if you no longer have the app installed. Neither requires you to give a reason.
App name: Heaven Health · Developer: Bodhisla LTD, trading as Heaven Eco Hub, United Kingdom · Package: com.heavenecohub.researchlabs
1. Delete it in the app
- Open Heaven Health and go to the Me tab.
- Open the account menu.
- Choose Delete Account.
- Confirm when asked. The deletion begins immediately.
You will be signed out as soon as it completes, and the account cannot be recovered afterwards.
2. Delete it by email
If you have already removed the app, or you cannot sign in, email support@heavenecohub.com from the address you registered with, and ask us to delete your account. Please put “Delete my Heaven Health account” in the subject line.
We use the address you write from to identify the account, so we do not need any other personal details from you. If we cannot match it, we will ask you for one more identifying detail rather than guess. We aim to acknowledge within 5 business days and to complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is deleted
Deleting your account removes the data held against it, including all of your health data:
- Your blood test reports and every biomarker extracted from them
- Your derived health data — biological age, Heaven Score, biomarker trends, your personalised protocol and any 12-week restoration plan
- Health data read from Apple Health or Health Connect, and anything received from a paired Heaven Halo ring
- Meal and food scans and their nutritional results
- Digestive health logs and vitals measured in the app
- Fitness activity, session history and training records
- Your questions to Luna and the health context stored with them
- Your longevity journal, daily check-ins and rituals
- Your body profile, your email address, your account identifier and your notification tokens
- Any ratings you left for a blood-testing provider
Progress photos and your weight history were never ours to delete. Body and scalp progress photos, and your dated weight and waist entries, are stored only on your device. They are never sent to our servers, and they are excluded from cloud backup and device-to-device transfer. They are removed when you delete them in the app, or when you uninstall it.
What is kept, and for how long
A small amount of information survives deletion, because it belongs to someone else's record or the law requires it. None of it is health data.
| An appointment you have not yet attended | Cancelled, and the provider is told it was cancelled — they are expecting somebody to arrive. Your name and your messages are removed from the record they keep. |
|---|---|
| A completed appointment | The provider keeps a record that a service was performed, for 24 months. Your identifier, name and messages are removed from it. |
| Purchase records | Transaction identifiers held for tax and accounting purposes for as long as the law requires. These contain no health data and no card details — Apple and Google process payments, and we never see your card. |
| Security and abuse logs | Retained briefly where needed to protect the service, then deleted on their ordinary schedule. |
Deleting just some of it
You do not have to close your account to remove individual records. In the app you can delete a single blood test report, a gut log, a journal entry or a meal scan at any time, and you can withdraw health permissions in your device settings or directly in Apple Health or Health Connect — the app keeps working without them, with less personalisation.
Your other rights
As well as erasure you may request access to, correction of, or export of your data, and you may object to or ask us to restrict processing. Write to support@heavenecohub.com. You also have the right to complain to your data protection authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
Full detail of what we collect and why is in the Privacy Policy.
